Job Overview:Our organization is seeking an experienced and results-driven Incentive Compensation (IC) Associate to support all components of IC design and implementation.This role will utilize a deep understanding of corporate, product strategy, and operational/compliance constraints to deliver the IC plan that drives desirable behavior and produces performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for goal setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation admin processes for the sales field, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with regulations.Utilize SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in commercial operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business or life sciences.Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, goal setting, and IC health checks to support clients with sales operations activities.Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Effective communication and presentation skills.Proactive, highly motivated, and good work ethic.Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
