Business Growth and Process Improvement SpecialistThe ideal candidate for this role plays a crucial part in driving business growth and process improvements within Operations. This specialist analyzes key performance indicators to identify trends, outliers, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights that support decision-making.This involves supporting regular reviews of processes to assess quality and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, identifying areas of non-compliance, and developing remediation plans. Additionally, the specialist supports knowledge retention and trainings, proposing functional process improvement plans and business opportunities based on insights.The successful candidate will have a working knowledge and experience in business processes, project management skills, and be proficient in data science and data modeling. They should also possess a strong background in risk and control processes, understanding of both finance and commercial processes, as well as risk and compliance principles.We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills who can tackle complex issues and drive improvements using different analytical tools and data models.
