Job Title: D365 Finance & Operations Functional SpecialistThis role is focused on driving process improvements and system enhancements across business domains.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial ServicesPartner with finance leaders to design and implement process improvements in areas such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while leveraging D365FO capabilities.Support evolving financial planning and analysis needs, including advanced reporting and integration with business intelligence platforms.Procurement & Supply Chain ManagementCollaborate with procurement teams to enhance supplier onboarding, sourcing, contract management, and purchasing workflows.Configure and optimize D365 Procurement & Sourcing modules to ensure cost-effective processes.Support supply chain visibility by aligning procurement with warehouse and logistics operations.Customer Service & SupportWork with customer service leaders to refine sales order processing, customer interactions, and case management workflows.Ensure the system supports high service levels, efficient resolution, and integration with fulfillment and financial transactions.Develop processes that improve customer experience, retention, and responsiveness.Fulfillment & Logistics OperationsPartner with warehouse leadership to ensure accurate and efficient use of D365FO Warehouse Management.Enhance workflows for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and logistics execution.Support workforce adoption of standard operating procedures, handheld/scanning devices, and real-time reporting.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or supply chain management.5+ years of ERP functional experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365FO or AX preferred).Demonstrated expertise in at least two functional areas: finance, procurement, customer service, or logistics.Strong ability to document requirements, map processes, and configure D365FO modules.Experience with testing, training, and end-user enablement.Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work across finance, operations, and IT stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities; able to balance detail with strategic impact.
