About The RoleA Business Growth Specialist's primary responsibility begins with understanding customer needs from various industries with commercial fleets. They are expected to present our solution while providing guidance, training, and support during the initial interactions and proof-of-concept stages, and drive engagement with customers through contractual agreements.The ideal candidate fosters long-term relationships with customers, leading to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.Some of the key responsibilities include: Liaison with cross-functional teams to develop optimum solutions in line with customer pain points.Coordinate with pre-sales teams to execute Proof of Concept (POC) or trials within agreed timelines and milestones.Transition between sales qualification and commercial onboarding stages with consultation from pre-sales teams.Support customer success managers with market intelligence and insights to drive product adoption and usage aligned with evolving customer goals.Foster engagement and build customer loyalty through regular check-ins, updates on new features, and sharing best practices.Represent customer needs within the organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer-centric initiatives.Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer needs by attending workshops and events.Contribute to developing customer success processes and pre-sales logbooks.Location - Remote (up to 50% travel)Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldWork Experience - 7-8 years managing end-to-end sales in fleet management and software development spaces
