Commercial Contract SpecialistWe are looking for a skilled Commercial Contract Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of contracts, from sales agreements to partnership deals.In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating and drafting contracts, as well as providing counsel on commercial and legal matters. You will work closely with our sales, finance, and implementation teams to ensure that all deals are closed successfully.Responsibilities:Negotiate and draft contracts for sales agreements, partnerships, and other business arrangements.Provide counsel on commercial and legal matters related to contracts.Work closely with sales, finance, and implementation teams to close deals.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.Maintain accurate records of contract negotiations and outcomes.Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations affecting contracts.Requirements:5+ years of experience in commercial contracting or a related field.Prior experience working in the tech industry (SaaS/product) or fast-growth environment.Demonstrated expertise in US commercial contracting (enterprise sales preferred).Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations affecting contracts.Benefits:Autonomy with impact – shape the legal backbone of a growing global business.Fully remote – work where you do your best thinking.Health, vision, and dental coverage.Flexible hours across time zones.A no-egos culture that values sharp thinking and bias for action.
