Job Opportunity: Support SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Support Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in an fast-paced environment, has excellent analytical skills, and can effectively communicate with various stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Support the month-end closing process by ensuring all revenue and cost-related items are reconciled accurately and efficiently.Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve revenue transactions discrepancies and reconcile school invoices in a timely manner.Assist colleagues during statutory audits, due diligence, and internal audits, providing expert knowledge and support when needed.Process refunds and referrals of participants, maintaining accurate records and adhering to established procedures.Manage and reconcile intercompany collections among group entities, utilizing expertise in accounting and ERP systems.Requirements:MBA or equivalent degree with at least 5 years of experience in a similar field.Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis techniques.Familiarity with ERP environments, specifically SAP and Salesforce, and ability to adapt quickly to new systems.Ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple deadlines and responsibilities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
