Job Description
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the western region Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts Negotiate and close agreements with large customers Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs Liaise with the marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Sales Head should have:
8-14 years of comprehensive experience in sales, primarily focused on B2C within the Telecom and FMCG sectors Open to travelling Candidate should come with experience - selling to western geo / working in Transport & Distribution industry-
