Overview

TAC Security is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales for the West region. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management, business development, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, enhance client relationships, and position TAC Security as a leader in the cybersecurity industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to drive product innovation and sales initiatives.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for executive leadership.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic planning and provide input on product development based on market feedback.
  • Networking and Representation:
  • Represent TAC Security at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Build a strong professional network within the cybersecurity community.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales management, with a focus on cybersecurity or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
