The Tech Project Manager willshare this ethos and bring a passion to disrupt norms. As a Tech Project Manager you will play apivotal role in defining and executing the strategic vision for our generative AI-based product(s)and increase Quantanite's competitiveness in the outsourcing market . Your role involvesorchestrating cross-functional collaboration, establishing the needs of the product users andexceptional product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combinationof strategic and innovative mindset and will be able to demonstrate applying Generative AI,Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to solving business problems.Key ResponsibilitiesWe see your responsibilities spanning strategy, management and support.● Develop and articulate a clear vision for the product, including defining the long-termstrategy and roadmap● Critically understand the market and project user needs● Collaborate closely with Sales, IT, Innovation, Operations and Support teams to ensurealignment of project strategy● Manage financial aspects of the project including budgeting, pricing and revenueforecasts● Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle ensuring timely and quality delivery● Establish exceptionally close relationships with end users to understand needs and gatherfeedback● Assist the development team● Work closely with business analysis team and SMEs, providing clear direction andmaintaining alignment with the core product strategy● Work with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback, address issues, and enhance theproduct based on end user experience● Ensure that the product is scalable, maintainable, and meets leading practices for security,performance and data management● Collaborate, validate, and provide frequent updates to the leadership and internalstakeholders● Support the sales team with development of pilots and product pitches● Collaborate with sales and innovation teams to develop go-to-market strategyAbout the CandidateYou will possess:● A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; a management degree will be a big plus● Minimum 5+ years of IT experience including 3+ years of proven experience in projectmanagement and product strategy development● Prior experience in Generative AI-based projects is mandatory, especially in a technologystartup or fast-growing technology companies● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills● Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills● Experience in client-facing roles, understanding client needs and driving productcustomizations● Results-driven with demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration● Innovative with a passion for emerging technologies● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment● High personal resilienceBenefitsAt Quantanite, we ask a lot of our associates, which is why we give so much in return.
