Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong hands-on understanding of Angular and Java/Spring Boot technologies. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and delivering high-quality solutions. Candidates with Retail domain experience will be given priority.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning to deployment
  • Lead and coordinate Angular, Java, QA & DevOps teams
  • Work closely with clients for requirement gathering, updates & feedback
  • Conduct sprint planning, backlog refinement, and progress tracking
  • Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and delivery expectations
  • Identify project risks, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth execution
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain documentation

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years total IT experience, with 3+ years in Project Management
  • Strong technical understanding of Angular, Java, and Spring Boot
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, versioning, CI/CD & deployment workflows
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management
  • Retail domain experience is a strong advantage

Good to Have

  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Exposure to DevOps practices
