Job Role: Technical Project ManagerLocation: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: 5–10 yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and business teams. You will manage timelines, risks, resources, and communication to ensure successful execution of high-impact initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects across cross-functional teamsWork closely with engineering, product management, QA, and stakeholders to define requirements and scopeCreate project timelines, roadmaps, milestones, sprint plans, and resource allocation strategiesMonitor and manage project risks, dependencies, and blockersAct as the key point of contact between technical and non-technical stakeholdersEnsure high-quality project execution using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologiesDrive technical discussions, facilitate architecture reviews, and understand engineering constraintsDevelop and track KPIs, OKRs, and project metrics to measure progress and performancePrepare status reports and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholdersManage vendor relationships and external partners when requiredImplement best practices for project governance, documentation, and continuous improvementRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience as Technical Project Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar roleStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)Experience working with engineering teams (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA)Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum project managementProficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello)Solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP)Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsAbility to simplify complex technical concepts for business visibilityStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsPreferred SkillsTechnical background in software engineering or cloud computingExperience leading large-scale digital transformation or cloud migration projectsCertifications: PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, Agile PM, AWS Cloud Practitioner (optional)Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architectureSoft SkillsStrong ownership and accountabilityAbility to thrive in fast-paced environmentsConflict resolution and negotiation skillsExcellent time management and prioritizationBenefitsCompetitive salary and performance bonusesHealth and insurance coverageCareer development and certification supportFlexible work arrangementsOpportunity to work on cutting-edge, high-impact projects
