Service Delivery Manager About the Position:We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill this pivotal Service Delivery Manager role.The successful candidate will be responsible for owning key service relationships, delivering exceptional service assurance, collaborating with internal technical teams, and providing expert guidance on Cyber consultancy.This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as we continue to grow and expand our services.This position is focused on delivering SOC services to our clients. Experience with SOC, SIEM, and understanding of Cyber security are essential requirements for this role.Developing and presenting client operational reports at regular meetingsClient SLAs and Reporting (including driving enhancements)Ensuring L1 and L2 analysts meet SLA and follow proceduresExcellent report writing skillsNew Client OnboardingContinuously improving operations and client engagementCSIPs for client patch managementGaining a deep understanding of client businesses, including strategic planning, roadmaps, and workshops Risk and Issue ManagementProblem ManagementScope ManagementChange ManagementMajor Incident ManagementEssential Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 5 years work experience in Service ManagementExperience in delivering Cyber or SOC services is highly valuedProven track record working in MSP environmentsITIL Service Management accreditationStrong working knowledge of ITSM service delivery conceptsDemonstrated ability to present at C-suite levelProven leadership and collaboration skills with multi-disciplined teamsStrategic thinking with a proactive attitudeA willingness to adapt to fast-changing environmentsSelf-sufficiency and high degree of autonomyAbility to influence stakeholders and achieve results through othersLead incidents to resolutionThis role is centered around delivering SOC services to our customers. Experience with SOC, SIEM, and understanding of Cyber security are critical requirements for success in this position.
