Assistant Manager- Admissions for the Chennai Campus.


Objective of the Role

The role is responsible for generating student admissions through various initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

 Driving enquiries and admissions for FULLTIME FLAGSHIP PROGRAMS offered by Great Lakes

 Handling program related queries over phone and email

 Looking after entire activities from generation of leads till the conversion

 Tracking leads and proactively communicating to marketing team

 Counselling the students via call , email or in person and suggesting the best course for them

 Updating and maintaining MIS reports

 Coordinating with Marketing team to fine tune marketing plans related to admissions and executing them

 Planning and execution of offline events such as conferences, seminars or road shows (As need be)


Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree from a reputed school/university; Masters/ MBA would be an added advantage but not necessary

 2-4 years of Experience/Similar background will be an add on

 Good written and spoken English and presentation skills

 Hands on approach and good in Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Powerpoint and Word

 Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and constructive approach

 Demonstrated ability to meet targets with a keen eye on planning and execution

 Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and positive attitude
