Assistant Manager

An Assistant Manager for operations would typically have responsibilities like overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that processes are running smoothly, and coordinating tasks and resources to support front-office functions.
Responsibilities:
This role reports to the Manager - Operations
- Lead and motivate the menu team to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Oversee workflows and implement standard operating procedures.
- Continuously improve processes to reduce errors and increase speed.
- Handle data entry, reporting, and database management.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Act as a liaison between the back-office and other departments to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Handle escalations when necessary.
- Monitor team performance to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Resolve issues and provide coaching or training as needed.
- Plan and manage resources, including scheduling and shift management.
- Ensure adequate team coverage at all times.
Requirement:
The below are the skills that are needed,
- Ability to analyze data and reports, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in guiding a team, providing feedback, and managing performance.
- Familiarity with tools such as spreadsheets, presentations, databases, or industry-specific software.
- Ensures accuracy in work processes and data management.
- Can quickly resolve issues and manage crisis effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring smooth interactions across departments.
- Require C1 score in British Council App - Core, Speaking & Written test
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as Assistant Manager
- Should be flexible in working in rotational Shifts and rotational week offs
- Six Sigma certification is an added advantage
