Job DescriptionThe role of Sustainability Specialist is pivotal in driving the company's sustainability agenda. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a sustainable foundation within the business unit.Develop and implement strategies to enhance sustainability within the organization;Maintain and improve existing sustainability systems and processes;Participate in global training programs to stay updated on best practices and industry trends;Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will focus on measuring progress towards sustainability goals, including environmental footprint reduction, supply chain transparency, and stakeholder engagement.Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should possess:A Bachelor's degree or higher in Environment, Material Science, or related field;Prior experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS); knowledge of sustainability standards and frameworks like ISO 26000, ISO 45000, ISO 14001, and EcoVadis is highly desirable;Proficiency in material compliance regulations such as REACH, RoHS, Full Material Declarations, Conflict Minerals, etc.;Excellent communication and project management skills;Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Mandarin language proficiency is a plus;BenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company's sustainability journey.
