Job Title: Strategic Growth DriverThe ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience and be passionate about data-centric growth initiatives.This role is responsible for identifying and scaling new opportunities, with a focus on driving relevant user acquisition in the US Market for Math, Language, and Music categories.The Program Manager will drive user acquisition by optimizing existing channels and aggressively exploring new growth vectors.Key Responsibilities:New Growth Channels: Research and test new user acquisition channels, run pilot programs with defined metrics, and recommend channels to scale or drop based on data.Funnel Optimization (Existing Channels): Audit and improve PPC, SEO, Social, and Affiliate funnels, drive ongoing CRO for landing pages and key flows.Experimentation: Maintain a prioritized A/B testing pipeline across channels and funnels, execute experiments using testing tools, document hypotheses, results, and insights.Data & Reporting: Own tracking setup and data accuracy, build dashboards and deliver regular KPI reports, and analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and bottlenecks.
