Core Responsibilities -
•Planning and implementation of all Market Development Plans / Modules for the region in coordination & alignment with cluster managers to address cluster objectives
•Anchor marketing planning & execution around Pilot Projects. Effective implementation of modules related to New Product (NP), Product Under Launch (PUL) & Young Product (YP)
•Developing network of high potential category users like swimming pool contractors/ cladders/ turnkey contractors Driving influencer (A&ID) engagement, social engagement with large tile and stone contractors
•Managing team of BDE/ Sr. BDE for the region Competition tracking and act now initiatives to counter competition campaigns
•Market feedback, new trends and change in tile and stone industry
Candidate Profile -
•Qualification – MBA in Sales and Marketing
•Work Experience – 8 to 10 years
