Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Talent Steer Partners.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and conversion, including maintenance of a robust lead funnel.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of key customer needs and requirements in the FM space.
  • Focus on large RFPs and mid-segment key account business in diversified industries.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in sales, with at least 5 years in facility management, security, or a manpower-driven industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
