With 30,000+ students trained through webinars and 2,000+ certified graduates, we aim to bridge the gap between academic learning & practical healthcare skills.Role OverviewWe are looking for highly motivated Educational Counsellors (Sales) who are passionate about helping students build their careers in healthcare while achieving their own growth targets. The role involves guiding leads from enquiry → webinar → admission → EMI closure.Key Responsibilities1. Handle inbound & outbound calls with prospective students.2. Convert webinar attendees & registered leads into full-course admissions.3. Conduct structured counselling sessions to understand students’ goals & suggest the right course.4. Explain program benefits, career outcomes & scholarship opportunities clearly.5. Manage CRM tools (lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, EMI schedules).6.
