Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South (Koramangala )for a Study Abroad Sales Counselor. The Study Abroad Sales Counselor will be responsible for advising and assisting students in finding the best study abroad programs to suit their academic and personal needs. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, conducting consultations and conversions, providing support throughout the application process, and maintaining accurate records. The counselor will also engage in outreach activities to promote study abroad opportunities and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication and Sales abilities
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
