Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled administrator to support our Human Resource department. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively independently and remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics, manage employee changes in HRIS, coordinate offboarding, serve as the first-line point of contact for HR inquiries, and build and maintain HR SOPs and checklists.Partner with Payroll to keep all pay-impacting data accurate and on time, support benefits enrollment and qualifying life events, troubleshoot employee benefit questions and liaise with carriers/brokers.Maintain HRIS data accuracy, permissions, and workflows, assist with imports/exports between HRIS, payroll, and finance systems.RequirementsThe successful candidate will hold a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have three to five years of progressive HR generalist/administrative experience supporting operations, compliance, benefits, and payroll coordination.
