In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers on our renewable energy products.Key Responsibilities:Support technical communication and sales for grid-connected inverters, energy storage converters, and related products.Develop competitive product solutions and enable sales teams to secure orders through strategies.Assist with customer visits and deliver technical agreements for project bidding and tendering.Analyze market demand for PV and energy storage products, provide analysis for new product development, and support product lifecycle management.Research and analyze market trends, competitive trends, and industry standards.Provide training on products, installation, and commissioning to customers.Support marketing activities by delivering presentations, handling media interviews, and writing promotional articles.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.3–5 years of experience in renewable energy industry.Proficiency in software like PVsyst and CAD.Understanding of power electronic conversion equipment, energy storage batteries, and low-voltage distribution systems.Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our renewable energy business.
