Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Solar Sales Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and developing strategies to drive business growth in the solar energy sector. Additionally, the role involves market research, sales forecasting, and managing end-to-end project sales processes while collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of the solar energy industry, renewable technologies, and energy solutions
  • Ability to conduct market research, develop strategies, and forecast sales
  • Proficiency in project management and coordination
  • Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience working with B2B and B2C clients is an advantage
