Job Summary:
Sun Shaper Energy Pvt Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Solar Sales Executive to drive the adoption of solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying new leads, educating potential clients about the benefits of solar energy, and providing custom solutions to meet their unique energy needs. This role is crucial in expanding our customer base and promoting clean energy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and site visits.
- Customer Engagement: Communicate the advantages of solar energy and explain our products and financing options.
- Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through post-sales follow-up, ensuring a smooth experience for the client.
- Reporting: Document all interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems for transparency and future reference.
- Market Research: Stay updated on solar industry trends, competitor activities, and government incentives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
- Personal Qualities: Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about renewable energy.
