Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our inspection team, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing pre-dispatch and post-dispatch inspections for renewable energy equipment.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, with experience in factory inspections and renewable energies. You will be responsible for verifying conditions on site, coordinating the inspection team, and reporting findings to the project manager.Key Responsibilities:Understand the inspection plan and checklist content after being trained to the projects requirementsParticipate to the project opening meeting to brief the supplier on the scope, inspection rules and scheduleVerify the conditions on site (5M methodology) prior to performing the inspectionCoordinate the inspection team on site as per the activity schedule prepared by the Project ManagerWitness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurement according to a checklistMonitor the testing lead time to ensure the completion within the agreed scheduleInform the contact people on the inspection site about findings and analyze their improvement planReport to the Project Manager the findings observed on site during the inspectionFill-in the inspection report, based on the format prepared by the Service Engineering teamSuggest ameliorations to the supplier to improve the inspected product and the testing conditionsPropose improvement of the inspection methodologyRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Education Background: Bachelor's degree in a technical fieldProfessional Knowledge: Ability to correctly interpret drawings, specifications, and test procedures for PV ModuleProfessional Qualification: Experienced in renewable energies, energy storage, or factory inspectionRelevant Experience & Fixed Number of Years: At least 5 years' experience in Quality Control (factory or on-site) and at least 5 year's experience in a PV Module technical positionManagement Skills: Minimum 1-2 years management experience requiredComputer Skills: Good command of the Microsoft OfficeLanguage Skills: Highly proficient in spoken and written EnglishOther Requirements: High ethics, outstanding communication skills, problem solver; 80%+ of time on the inspection site is requestedWhy Choose Us?Our company offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive compensation package.
