Program Manager: Drive User Acquisition and GrowthThe role of a Program Manager is critical in driving user acquisition and growth for our business. This position requires an ambitious individual with 0-2 years of experience who is passionate about identifying and scaling new opportunities.The focus of this role is to drive relevant user acquisition for our products in the US Market for Math, Language, and Music categories for web and App.Research and test new user acquisition channels to optimize performance.Run pilot programs with defined metrics to measure success.Recommend channels to scale or drop based on data-driven insights.Audit and improve PPC, SEO, Social, and Affiliate funnels to increase efficiency.Drive ongoing CRO for landing pages and key flows to boost conversions.Partner with Marketing/Product to enhance efficiency and LTV/CAC.Maintain a prioritized A/B testing pipeline across channels and funnels to uncover growth opportunities.Execute experiments using testing tools to validate hypotheses.Document hypotheses, results, and insights to inform future decisions.Own tracking setup and data accuracy to ensure reliable insights.Build dashboards and deliver regular KPI reports (CAC, LTV, conversions) to inform strategy.Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and bottlenecks in our user acquisition efforts.
