About the Role:
As an Talent Acquisition Specialist / Corporate HR Recruiter specializing in Non-IT roles at NetCom Learning, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our diverse teams. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans for Non-IT positions
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members
- Facilitate the interview process, provide feedback to candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and results
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR recruiter, preferably with experience recruiting for Non-IT positions
- Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices in talent acquisition
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
