Job Description:Fusion HCM Senior Technical Consultant Job PostingThis is a highly technical role that requires a strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll functionality.Design, develop, and test payroll solutions for US and Canada regions.Work closely with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Fast Formulas, BIP, and OTBI.Develop and maintain complex data imports and extracts using SQL/PLSQL programming skills.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations and file transfers.Key Responsibilities:Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Technical Developer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in technical development.Strong writing skills in Fast Formula development and experience in the payroll area for US and Canada region.Development and support for payroll data extracts.Should be strong to update RTF templates.BIP and OTBI development and support.Strong in SQL/PLSQL tuning and programming.HDL experience.HCM Extracts.SDLC and JIRA knowledge.Experience in Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations.Experience working on Pay slip template customizations.Should be good in preparing technical required documents.Responsible for gathering detailed technical requirements from the business, and documenting these in technical specifications.Responsible for uniting/regression testing of RICE components.Required Skills and Qualifications:Mastery of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Payroll area.Master or equivalent graduate degree in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Education/Certifications:Master or equivalent graduate degree in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.Must have good knowledge of the Oracle fusion HCM modules and Payroll area.
