Fusion HCM Sr. Technical Consultant is a crucial role in our organization that demands technical expertise and experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in US and Canada Payroll.The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of experience in technical development, including strong writing skills for Fast Formula development and working in the payroll area for US and Canada region.Responsibilities encompass development and support for payroll data extracts, updating RTF templates, BIP and OTBI development, and SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming.Candidates should also have experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, SDLC, JIRA, Payroll Balance Initializations, and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations.We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can prepare technical required documents, gather detailed technical requirements from the business, and document these in technical specifications.This role involves uniting/regression testing of RICE components, reviewing open cases/issues, troubleshooting, and coordinating with team members regarding required open tickets.Additionally, the candidate should be able to consult on requested technical changes, partner with the team to determine best options for design decisions, and document final technical specs.
