Job DetailsWe are seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain technical components of HCM: HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, BI Publisher Reports.Support key HR modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent & Recruiting.Built interfaces and integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud.Troubleshoot payroll/HR data issues and deliver configurations & customizations.Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.Skills Required:Detailed technical knowledge: HDL, HCM Extracts, FF, OTBI, BIP.Hands-on experience with OIC integrations for HCM.Familiarity with Fusion HCM tables, security, and workflows.SQL/PLSQL expertise and ability to analyze HR/payroll data.Key Responsibilities:Mainly responsible for the creation and maintenance of high-quality technical solutions. Analyze and interpret HR/payroll requirements from various stakeholders and translate these into clear functional specifications. Deliver customized solutions that meet both business and technical needs.
