Key responsibilities include creating data-driven solutions, managing workflow, and ensuring seamless integration.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical skill set with extensive experience in Oracle HCM cloud application.Able to develop secure HCM BI and OTBI reports and dashboards.Should have experience in developing HCM extracts, ETL jobs and fast formulas.Data uploads via HDL/HSDL templates should be effortless.A thorough understanding of HCM roles, security and customizing workflow is required.Knowledge of various customization tools would be advantageous.Excellent analytical and debugging skills are essential.Strong documentation and testing skills will be beneficial.Key Qualifications:A minimum of 8-14 years of working experience in Oracle HCM cloud application is necessary.Required Skills:Proficiency in developing secure HCM BI and OTBI reports and dashboards.Experience in developing HCM extracts, ETL jobs and fast formulas.Experience in data uploads via HDL/HSDL templates.Understanding of HCM roles, security and customizing workflow.Excellent analytical and debugging skills.Strong documentation and testing skills.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of various customization tools.
