They should also have hands-on experience driving CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) acquisition and managing regulatory compliance.CASA Acquisition: Drive the acquisition of new CASA and liability accounts through effective sales efforts and referrals.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed branch liability sales and revenue targets.Compliance & KYC: Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulations related to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and customer due diligence.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers within the branch network.Product Cross-Selling: Effectively sell other financial products, including insurance and mutual funds, to existing customers.Requirements:Relevant education and training;Ability to travel for work-related purposes;Availability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.What We're Looking For:Professionals with direct experience in banking field sales.In-depth knowledge of financial products, including CASA accounts.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Local candidates with relevant market knowledge are highly preferred.Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for selling business banking solutions to clients, building relationships, and meeting sales targets. They will also ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
