  • Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, permits, transportation, and on-site management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative departments, to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring expectations are met.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather insights, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into event strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful experiential marketing events.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
