Senior Financial Operations ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned financial professional to oversee and manage core financial operations.The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience and be proficient in QuickBooks Online and Google Suite.Oversee and manage core financial operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, revenue recognition, and inventory accounting.Prepare and maintain accurate estimates, invoices, credit memos, purchase orders, bills, vendor credits, and reconciliations for both vendor and customer accounts.Calculate, report, and remit sales taxes and royalties; ensure timely tax filings and documentation for vendors and accountants.The successful candidate will lead monthly financial closing, deliver accurate financial reports within defined timelines, and provide financial guidance to leadership.This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.Key responsibilities include:Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.Managing financial reporting, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements.Ensuring compliance with US federal and state regulations.Additional requirements include:Strong knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory requirements.Experience with financial software, including QuickBooks Online and Google Suite.Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development.
