Financial Professional Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for managing the financial aspects of an organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.Manage GST filings, employee payroll, and bookkeeping activities to maintain accurate records and ensure timely compliance.Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, collaborating with the finance team to prepare financial reports and forecasts.Ensure adherence to Indian accounting and tax regulations, staying up-to-date with changes in laws, standards, and reporting requirements.Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and insights, working closely with the finance team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.Maintain thorough knowledge of Indian accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory requirements, applying this expertise to optimize financial performance.Utilize accounting software and MS Office suite to manage financial tasks efficiently.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Prioritize tasks effectively, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience as a Financial Professional with expertise in GST filing, payroll management, and bookkeeping in an Indian context.Strong understanding of Indian accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory requirements.Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders.Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
