We are seeking a seasoned Financial Strategist to lead our financial operations and support our rapid expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.Financial Planning and BudgetingThe ideal candidate will have strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance. You will work with senior leadership to ensure strong financial governance, optimize performance, and support data-driven decision-making. Develop and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with insights and variance analyses.Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation activities.Manage financial audits, tax filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance with relevant jurisdictions.Requirements and QualificationsThe successful candidate will possess: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Why Choose Us?We offer a dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.
