Job Title: Chief Process Automation SpecialistAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced process automation specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing process definitions in Redwood RunMyJob to meet operational and business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement efficient process definitions using Java and Redwood Expression Language (REL) to automate repetitive tasks and improve system performance.Analyze business needs and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.Maintain and optimize process servers, queues, and scheduling elements to ensure seamless job execution and high system availability.Troubleshoot issues and provide root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support system maintenance and knowledge sharing.Required Skills and Qualifications:Deep understanding of job scheduling and automation combined with strong expertise in Java and Redwood Expression Language.Ability to develop and optimize process definitions, implement logic using REL, and create reusable scripts and templates.Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with SAP systems and integration is a plus.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.
