Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Automated Document Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, training, and managing document models for multiple variations, handling validation, fuzzy logic, and custom workflows across languages.About the JobThe Automated Document Processing Specialist specializes in automating document workflows with AI-powered Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role focuses on integrating IDP with RPA bots to automate tasks in finance, HR, compliance, and customer onboarding.Key Responsibilities:Create and deploy document automation learning instances to extract data from various documents using generative AI and Optical Character Recognition (OCR).Integrate extracted data into RPA bots and enterprise systems like CRM or ERP using Document Extraction package actions.Analyze business processes for automation opportunities and optimize high-volume processing.Collaborate with stakeholders to preprocess documents and embed data into end-to-end workflows.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:2–4 years of experience with Automation Anywhere A360, particularly Document Automation.Proficiency in Document Extraction package and GenAI-enhanced features.Strong knowledge of AI/ML for IDP, including data formats and integrations.Experience with SQL databases, scripting, and common use cases.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.BenefitsThis role offers a range of benefits, including:A dynamic and supportive work environment.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A competitive salary and benefits package.
