RPA Project ManagerThis role involves leading the delivery of robotic process automation projects through various phases, including mobilisation, definition, development, and deployment.The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, be able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, and have a proven track record in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.Responsibilities:Serve as primary point-of-contact for clients and their teamsLead concurrent projects involving consultants, developers, and clientsEstablish and maintain project management plans, track milestones, and coordinate meetings with client stakeholdersUnderstand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate/document process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities with client stakeholdersFacilitate resource planning activities, including assignment, onboarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applicationsCoordinate the development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables (i.e. PDD, SDD, ODI, and BPA releases)Mitigate risks identified by the Delivery Manager to help avoid development, testing, or deployment roadblocksProvide regular weekly status updates, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests logs to the client and Program ManagerIdentify, catalogue, and archive reusable code assets and coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions between internal teamsRequirementsEducation:Bachelor's Degree focused on Information Technology or Information Management or equivalent education and experienceExperience:Minimum of 2 years of project management experienceSkills:Excellent planning, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skillsUnderstanding of IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean, etc.)Prior experience in leading similar projects in robotics process automation (i.e. Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere)Leadership skills to inspire co-workers to attain goals and pursue excellenceAbility to size and prioritise large-scale initiatives across businesses and functionsBenefitsHiring now for immediate startCompetitive pay determined by level and experienceHealthcare, relocation, vacation, and holidays benefits
