Learn. with ZensarResponsibilitiesPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate to define requirements for integrations between HR systems (Workday),  Global Payroll Vendors (ADP, SD Worx, Workcube, etc.) and other systems (outside carriers, outside vendors, internal systems and data warehouses).Under the supervision of team leads and more senior engineers, design, build and test software solutions with all necessary parties to ensure that solutions perform to the expectations of the business.Experience with PECI, PICOFF and Workday Studio required.Troubleshoot and resolve assigned technology issuesCoordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure timelines are met. Provide guidance on integration strategies.Perform data loads (extract, transform, load, validate)Design and develop custom reportsWork within the defined object model of a complex business system by mapping its componentsDocument the functional and technical requirements for software solutions and develop solutions to meet all needsTransform large data sets and format them to various outputs using Excel, XML, and XSLT toolsUse appropriate software tools to write queries, design workflows, and develop reports which support the business (BIRT, OBI)QualificationsEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires some training in fields such as computer science or information technology or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Generally requires 2-3 years of software development experience, and awareness of Human Resource, Payroll or Financial software applications.MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:• MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:• Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in related field or equivalent work experience 2-3 years software development experience utilizing such technologies as EDI, Web Services, API, XPATH, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies•• 2-3 years experience with object-oriented programming and webservices• Familiarity with Human Resource, Payroll or Financial software applications preferred.• WebLogic, WebSphere, WebMethods, or other middleware experience• Conversion or data integration related project experience• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Knowledge of System Development Lifecycle methodology• Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams• Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously• Ability to embrace and intake new software and features as requested
