About the Role

Looking for an experienced L&D Trainer with hands-on experience in training Baristas and store-level teams.


Responsibilities

  • Design & deliver training for onboarding, F&B operations, customer service, and leadership.
  • Drive café-specific initiatives to uplift service quality, hygiene, and safety.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure ROI.
  • Collaborate with HR & operations teams to roll out impactful programs.

Qualifications

  • ✅ 3–7 years of experience in L&D and F&B operations (coffee/QSR brand experience).

Required Skills

  • ✅ Proficiency in LMS/e-learning tools & reporting (Excel/Power BI).
  • ✅ Strong understanding of F&B operations, coffee preparation, and safety standards.
  • ✅ Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • ✅ Proficiency in Kannada language is a must.
  • ✅ Location: Rest of Karnataka & Kerala

  • We are seeking professionals who already have experience working in the coffee industry.
