Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in the Mohali district. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. They will handle day-to-day tasks such as prospecting, client communication, and maintaining records in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Ability to manage Accounts and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Prior experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
