About the role:
Indian Farmer is seeking a Creative and Experienced Social Media Manager to enhance our digital presence and engage with our growing community. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to curate high-quality, SEO-optimized content across various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. This role involves managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining a consistent brand voice to drive audience engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development: Create and implement content strategies that align with Indian Farmer’s growth and engagement objectives across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Content Curation & Creation: Curate and develop SEO-optimized content that reflects the brand’s messaging and resonates with the target audience. Write and edit high-quality content, including captions and social media updates.
- Execution & Posting: Develop comprehensive content calendars to ensure timely and consistent execution of posts. Schedule and post content across all platforms, maintaining consistency in tone, voice, and timing.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Use analytics tools to monitor content performance, identify trends, and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement. Maintain tracking sheets to monitor growth and refine strategies based on quarterly insights.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in social media curation.
- Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and SEO strategies.
- Content Creation Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills with a creative ability to generate engaging content.
- Analytics & Tools: Experience with social media analytics and AI tools to track and optimize content performance.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely content delivery.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
