The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Day-to-day tasks include developing and updating job descriptions, advertising job openings, screening resumes, performing interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
