We are looking for a curious, enthusiastic, and result-oriented intern to become a vital part of our growing People team. We are a product development company established in early 2017. Before we dive into the job description, allow us to introduce ourselves.

If you’re curious about how great teams are built and want to dive into the world of modern recruitment, this role is for you. You’ll help shape the way we discover, engage, and delight talent — from writing outreach that sparks conversations to curating candidate pipelines that fuel our growth.
Beyond tools and sourcing, we’re looking for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership, and wants to see how recruiting can be both data-driven and deeply human.
At Procedure, hiring is not a transaction — it’s about building futures. As a Recruiting Intern, you’ll be at the frontline of this mission. Here’s what you’ll own and learn:
- Talent sourcing across multiple channels — the digital playgrounds where builders hang out.
- Craft curiosity-sparking outreach messages that sound human (not robotic).
- Maintain our ATS hygiene (Keka) by uploading, tagging, and tracking candidate journeys.
- Help schedule interviews without causing calendar chaos; ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and panels.
- Run quick studies on tech hiring trends, salaries, and niche skills to keep us sharp.
- Experiment with AI and incorporate best practices to enhance efficiency and drive process improvements.
- Shadow senior recruiter and co-founders in real-time searches, discovering how we blend “Engineers First, Technologies Later” into hiring.
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior experience with campus clubs, student bodies, or event coordination.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, GitHub, or job boards for candidate discovery.
- Basic knowledge of HR/Recruitment tools or coursework in HR.
Your first 3 months look like:
- Month 1: Learn tools, sourcing basics & outreach craft.
- Month 2: Own sourcing pipelines + run market scans.
- Month 3: Independently handle interview coordination & candidate experience.
