We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8–15 years of experience in managing and optimizing end-to-end operations. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance operational detail with financial accountability, driving efficiency and growth across the organization.Operational Strategy & ExecutionLead and oversee end-to-end business operations, including supply chain, vendor management, compliance, and customer service.Design and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Align operational workflows with organizational goals and industry best practices.P&L Management:Owning and managing business unit P&L, ensuring profitability, cost optimization, and revenue growth.Monitoring financial performance, preparing variance analyses, and recommending corrective actions.Collaborating with finance teams to align operational decisions with budgetary and financial goals.Data & Performance Management:Analyzing operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Building dashboards and reports for KPI tracking, forecasting, and decision-making.Driving ROI-focused initiatives across projects.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements (especially in Pharma and Retail).Mitigating operational risks through proactive planning and audits.Internal Stakeholder Management:Acting as a bridge between leadership and operational teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.Partnering with HR, Finance, Marketing, Tech, and Supply Chain teams to drive cross-functional collaboration.Leadership & People Management:Mentoring and managing operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Leading change management initiatives to support organizational growth.To succeed in this role, you should have:A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from top-tier colleges/universities.MBA/PGDM from reputed B-schools preferred but not mandatory.8–15 years of experience in business operations, process management, or strategy, preferably in Pharma, E-commerce, or Retail.Strong expertise in process optimization, compliance, and operational excellence.Proven ability in P&L management and financial accountability.Proficiency in ERP systems, data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and automation platforms.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Key Attributes:Strategic thinker with a process-driven and financially astute mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to balance operational detail with big-picture strategy and financial outcomes.
