Job Title:Sr. Paid Media StrategistAbout the Role:This Sr. Paid Media Strategist will lead and direct all paid media activities across our client portfolio.The ideal candidate will define strategic approaches, ensure operational consistency, and maintain strong performance standards across digital channels.Main Responsibilities:Develop a comprehensive paid media strategy outlining channel roles, investment principles, and performance expectations.Lead planning and oversight of paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, and emerging media platforms.Create frameworks for optimisation, measurement, and continuous improvement across campaigns.Review performance outputs, identify improvement opportunities, and guide teams toward strategic adjustments.Ensure all paid media activities align with brand goals and integrate effectively with creative, analytics, and planning departments.Maintain high-quality communication with clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear rationale behind recommendations.Provide leadership, coaching, and support to paid media specialists and cross-functional teams.Required Experience & Skills:8+ years working in paid media management, digital advertising, or media leadership roles.Deep understanding of major platforms (Google, Meta, programmatic DSPs, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).Strong analytical capabilities, with proven experience interpreting performance data and shaping strategic decisions.Demonstrated success leading teams within agencies or large marketing organisations.Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.Ability to work independently within a remote structure and manage multiple priorities effectively.This Role Offers:Flexible part-time schedule designed for senior-level strategic leadership.Full remote working environment with access to global resources.Opportunity to influence high-impact client strategies across multiple markets.A collaborative culture focused on excellence, innovation, and results-driven marketing.
