Senior Financial StrategistThe ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our financial planning and analysis efforts, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.Develops and implements comprehensive financial strategies to drive business success.Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.Supports financial planning and analysis efforts to inform business decisions.Oversees cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits to ensure financial health.Ensures legal compliance on all financial functions and maintains relationships with banks.Prepares financial budget, variance analysis for budgeted vs actual spending to optimize resource allocation.Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of optimization and develops strategies to improve efficiency.Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share.Identifies opportunities for expansion into new product areas and oversees investment of surplus funds.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Excellent management and supervisory skills.Excellent analytical and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of different bank products like LC, BG, PC, etc.Experience with Microsoft Office to include Excel (creation of spreadsheets), PowerPoint (ability to do presentations), and Word (document creation).Updated with recent trends in the industry.Education:Master's degree in business administration, Accounting, or Finance required.Chartered Accountant preferred.15+ years of experience in financial management required.
