Executive Assistant to Chief Business Officer

Designation: Executive Assistant
Reports to: Chief Business Officer – Oncology
Qualification: MBA
Experience: Minimum 5 years of Experience Roles & Responsibilities:
• Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer – Oncology, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship.
• To be responsible for business research and market analysis to help implement suitable strategies.
• Analyze budgets, financial reports to recommend new avenues for cost-saving or revenue generation.
• To perform activities such as financial planning & assessment, market research, due diligence, competitor/industry benchmarking, business process modeling, project planning & readiness assessment.
• You will act as a lead in preparation for day-to-day meetings, including tracking, monitoring, and following up on open action items.
• To ensure that all strategic projects and policies are followed up and completed in a timely manner ensuring high-quality delivery.
• To prepare periodic reports; Develop high-end presentations/proposals for meetings with external & internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and Clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
• Liaise between internal and external partners and coordinate any follow-ups.
• Drafting the agenda and producing accurate and timely Board minutes at each meeting. Business Analyst Cum Executive Assistant

• Being flexible and adaptable, approaching any other work assigned with dedication and punctuality.
• Single point of contact for all communications both internal & external on behalf of CBO – Group Oncology.
• Plan, organize and coordinate functions and special events for the CBO and other team members.
• Any other work assigned by Management from time to time.
Required Skill Set

• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, all levels of employees, and external partners.
