Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO) Location: Chennai (Managing across location / globe)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our client operations, drive profitable growth, and develop strategies for success in a competitive global market. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will collaborate with the Management Board and Country Managers to expand our business, strengthen partnerships, and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute organizational strategies, budgets, and policies to drive business growth.
Lead the operational performance and profitability of key service lines, including IFS, ServiceNow, and Managed Services.
Build and manage relationships with key customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term growth.
Attract, develop, and manage the global management team while promoting company culture and vision.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share across geographical regions.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in scaling up a business and delivering results, ideally in the IT services sector.
Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
Global exposure and a robust professional network.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles such as COO, CEO, or President.
Bachelor's degree; advanced knowledge of Information Technology is preferred.
